    3. Submit your request and wait for a response from the offerwall provider's support team. They may ask for additional information or documentation to help resolve your issue.

    Alternatively, you may be able to contact the offerwall provider's support team through email. Look for this information on their website or app and use it to reach out to them directly.

    It's important to be patient when waiting for a response from an offerwall provider's support team, as they may receive a high volume of inquiries. If you don't hear back within a reasonable amount of time (7 business days), you may want to follow up with a second request or try a different method of contacting them.

    What is a ZIP Code?

    A ZIP code (also known as post code, postal code, post code, or PIN) is a combination of characters for the purpose of sorting mail. You need to enter this information on your profile to match you up with relevant surveys. Survey walls such as CINT need your zip code to provide surveys that target your specific demographic.

    How do I view my points history?

    Here's how you can view your points history. At the upper right side corner of the member's page near the hamburger menu, click on the red button showing your current points. You will be redirected to your current level and points history.

    What are frozen points?

    Frozen points are inaccessible points removed from your points balance. You can't redeem any frozen points. Here are the situations that may result to frozen points:

    1. Security risks
    2. Bot behavior
    3. Usage of emulators
    4. Hacking attempts
    5. Malicious intent
    6. Providing false information when completing surveys/offers.
    7. Using automated software or other means to get around our system and complete offers.

    Frozen points are released within 15-45 days in frozen state, assuming the advertiser compensates GrabPoints.
